Basic eligibility paths
- The walk-in notification No. AMPK/NUT//2026-27 [E-1298173], dated 31 Jul 2026, is issued by the Karnataka State Health & Family Welfare Society under the National Health Mission and covers four posts, all temporary and purely on contract basis, under Anemia Muktha Poushtika Karnataka (AMPK) and PM-ABHIM.
- State Programme Co-ordinator (AMPK, 01 post): PG in Public Health / Public Health Nutrition / Nutrition and Dietetics / Social Sciences, or a PG Degree / PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics with a Certificate in Office Automation, with 3 years of experience in the field of Nutrition.
- Anaemia Specialist (AMPK, 01 post): PG in Journalism & Mass Communication / Social Sciences / Computer Sciences, with 3 years of experience in Mass Communication & Journalism with computer literacy in Communication, Data Analysis, Graphics / Animation. Programme Assistant (AMPK, 01 post): graduate in any discipline with knowledge of office automation and Kannada and English typing, with 2 years of experience in an institution related to health or in any relevant field.
- Senior Public Health Consultant (PM-ABHIM, 01 post): MBBS with MD in Community Medicine / Community Health Administration / Hospital Administration / Preventive & Social Medicine / Internal Medicine / Anaesthesia / Emergency Medicine, or MBBS with Master of Public Health, or MBBS with MBA in Disaster Management / Healthcare Administration / Hospital Administration, or MBBS with a PG / Diploma in Disaster Management / Medicine recognised by the NMC, with 10 years in implementing public health programmes with focus on Emergency / Disaster Management (duration of PG considered).
- The age limit stated against every one of the four posts is 45 years, and the monthly salaries are Rs 55,000, Rs 50,000, Rs 25,000 and Rs 80,000 respectively.
- Notes to the notification: speaking, reading and writing in the Kannada language and typing proficiency is a must; proficiency in computers, that is MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is required; a full-time course is recommended and the course must be completed from a recognised university; selection is made on a merit-cum-roster basis; no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview; and candidates must bring all original documents and certificates with self-attested copies, two copies of an updated CV and a latest passport-size photograph.
