Who can apply?

A readable first check—not a legal eligibility decision.

Basic eligibility paths

  • Clerical recruitment is done State/UT-wise: a candidate may apply for one State/UT only and must take the examination at a centre in that State/UT.
  • Graduation in any discipline is required, along with English as a subject at SSC, HSC, Intermediate or graduation level (REF NO CORP.HRM/ASST/2024).
  • Candidates not found proficient in the Regional Language Test are disqualified regardless of examination marks.
  • Confirm education, age, nationality, domicile and category rules in the official current-cycle notice.

Relaxations & certificates

  • SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD and ex-servicemen relaxations follow the applicable notification.
  • Always check the certificate format and cut-off date in the official notice.
If your degree title, age, domicile or category certificate is unusual, mark yourself “check required” and read the official wording.
