Basic eligibility paths
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university; final-year candidates may apply provisionally subject to producing proof of passing by 30 Sep 2026.
- Candidates with Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy or Cost Accountancy qualifications are also eligible.
- Age 21–30 years as on 1 Apr 2026, with relaxation for reserved and other eligible categories per the notification.

Syllabus snapshot
- Prelims: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability (100 marks, 1 hour).
- Mains: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness and English Language, plus a descriptive paper (230 marks total, 3 hours 30 minutes).
- 1/4 mark penalty for each wrong objective answer; unattempted questions are not penalised.
